  1. Use Keywords to organize and classify your Contacts. This feature lets you assign multiple "tags" to your Contacts, to identify them as belonging to one or more distinct groups. Since a Contact belongs to only one Category at a time, but can have multiple Keywords, Keywords work quite well for groups that might cross over between Categories.
